Are you living with a persistent/chronic pain condition? Would you like the opportunity to meet people like you and discover ways that you can take control of the way your pain affects your day-to-day life?

Our Living Well with Pain program is now available for people living in West Somerset.

This program is designed to provide an understanding as to why persistent pain occurs, develop tools for improving your health and wellbeing with pain, and offer the opportunity to try safe and appropriate movement based activities.
